Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• The journal must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition.
• Signed editions are eligible for refund only if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a refund

Email support@jernienterprises.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-refundable items

• Digital downloads, if accessed or downloaded.
• Items returned outside the 14-day window.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse.
